The transition of the VFACTS service to new provider Integral continues to progress, with four full production cycles now completed.
In June, FCAI held a modernisation and Power BI workshop attended by 66 member representatives. The session allowed members to identify operational issues and nominate the improvements that would provide the greatest value to their businesses.
FCAI and Integral are now working through these enhancements sought by members.
Work is also underway to integrate motorcycle reporting into the broader VFACTS service.
