The Federal Government is seeking feedback on the mandatory fitment of Emergency Lane Keeping Systems (ELKS) in passenger vehicles and light goods vehicles with the introduction of a new Australian Design Rule 107/00.
FCAI will make a submission to the consultation and welcomes input to the submission. Please provide any such input by 27 August.
FCAI encourages member brands to make their own separate submissions in support of the FCAI position and providing any brands specific input, including any confidential information which supports your view. Brands can request any commercial in confidence information remain confidential if and when submissions are made public.
