FCAI releases new car sales figures for July 2022

The FCAI, the peak body for Australia’s automotive industry, has today released new vehicle sales figures for July 2022.
A total of 84,461 vehicles were sold in July bringing the year-to-date total to 622,319. This result represents a 0.4 per cent increase on the same month in 2021.

FCAI releases motorcycle sales data

The FCAI, the peak body for Australia’s automotive industry, has today released sales figures for motorcycles, scooters and off-road vehicles (ORV) for the first half of 2022.
A total of 47,929 motorcycles, scooters and ORVs were sold from January to the end of June.

A total of 99,974 vehicles were sold in June bringing the year-to-date total to 537,858. This result represents a decrease of 9.7 per cent on the same month in 2021.

A total of 123,530 motorcycles and OHVs were sold throughout 2021. This represents an increase of 13.4 per cent on 2020 figures.
