FCAI elects new President

Australia’s peak body for the automotive industry, the Federal Chamber of Automotive Industries (FCAI), has elected Mr Bob Graziano as its incoming President and Chairman of the Board. Mr Graziano will assume the FCAI President’s role effective from January 1, 2012.
Mr Graziano is the President and CEO of Ford Motor Company of Australia, a position he has held since November 2010. He brings to the FCAI President’s position extensive international automotive experience including senior appointments in China, Japan, South Africa, South America and North America.
Prior to joining Ford Australia, Mr Graziano was Chairman and CEO, Ford Motor (China) Ltd, a position he assumed in April 2008, following his role as Executive Vice President and Representative Director for Mazda Motor Corporation.
In his new capacity as FCAI President, Mr Graziano plans to work with all areas of the automotive industry, government and business to promote, develop and grow a vibrant, efficient and world- class automotive industry for the benefit of Australian vehicle consumers.
